45,000 miles. The War against EVs continues....

Big bad review of Model X. WTF!

As I get close to 45k miles... zero problem, zero issues, flawless machine that gets me from A to B inside something expressed as a suitable vehicle for the 21st century, not the 20th, I cannot fail to not notice the war taking place against EVs.

I don't even  have FAST DC, just level 2. I don't have access to Tesla's fast chargers and need to spend a cool 4 hrs charging up... but one adapts, and ultimately enjoys being able to charge up from anything like a 110v wall outlet plug to a shopping mall to their place of work.

Indeed as the market reach of BEVs (pure electrics, not the poseurs half baked like plugins or "hybrids" which companies like GM want us to mix up with crossovers between SUVs and cars) gets close to the 1% mark, the fossil fuel lobby realizes the dreaded deadly danger they represent in ANY significant quantities.

BEVs privileges are scaled down dramatically just as Elon Musk mentions the stupidity of doing it for what the industry describes itself as a "fringe" product only acquired by "idealistic greenies".

The danger for them needs to be nipped in the bud, destroyed, ridiculed. Oil prices are desperately kept low for exactly that reason, make no mistake.

As much as the tar sands polluters of North America hate the Saudi and OPEC polluters, they will ally themselves in the Jihad against anything not needing a dirty, vibrating and ultimately fail prone contraption using their black goomp from the ground.

I talked to a protester from that pipeline in North Dakota a few days ago and HAD TO EDUCATE THEM about EVs and their practicality.

Kinda ironic the same people fighting a pipeline bringing deadly fluids incompatible with biological life don't even have a clue their best bet is put a wooden stake in the beast by SEEKING AND DRIVING A PURE ELECTRIC CAR. This in spit of what is also the dealer's open warfare against this disruption and the high price of a Tesla.

Carshare, split the damn cost, treat a vehicle as a plane or a boat shared by many owners... BUT BUY, PROMOTE AND GET AN EV.

In my opinion the BMW i3 is the best for not only its regal and supreme efficiency, the best in the world at close to 6 miles per kWh, but also the way it is produced, entirely from recycled materials and in a factory powered by wind which generates a surplus of energy.

Build like the BMW i3, every of the 7.3 billion persons on the planet could have a car and have a lower signature than today's dirty smelling polluting 1.5 billion cars.

Spread the word, the gospel, the need to get away from that shit we call gasoline.
